The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development or construction, with proven expertise in vendor management, project cost control, and financial accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, approvals, and payments.Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accounts are current and accurate.Coordinate with procurement, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate cost allocations.Monitor and maintain project-related expenses, ensuring compliance with budgets and contract terms.Prepare monthly AP reports and assist with month-end closing.Ensure all accounting records comply with company policies and audit standards.Identify and support process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 2 years in real estate development or construction.Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and cost control.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Apply for this PositionJoin our team and make a difference.
