StrategyUnderstand the importance of revenue, productivity, chargeability and the client relationship and effectively apply this understanding to daily tasks.2. Leadership and People ManagementBe responsible for the delivery of work with the right level of quality and timeliness for Tier 1-2 ClientsProvide training and guidance to team members focusing on task performance3.OperationsBe the Onboarding Specialist, obtaining information from other teams/ Client, if requiredEnsure appropriate controls, policies and processes are adhered toIdentify areas for improvement in policies, processes, procedures and systemsImplement changes to procedures, guidelines, when applicable.Coordinatereviews, billing and other internal controls to ensure that they are conducted and observedCollaborate and share knowledge/expertise across service lines and other TMF offices on specific dealsSupport the implementation and updating of systemsEscalate technical issues and knowledge gaps, where required4. Client serviceBuild, develop and maintain relationships with clients, auditors as appropriate as assigned within the portfolio, building a first-rate professional relationship with assigned clients acting as a secondary point of contactEnsure the delivery of services in accordance with each client engagement letterAttend client meetings, as requiredShare relevant information and updates to clientsOversee completion of know your client procedures for all assigned clients5.
