Senior Accountant - Riyadh

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Officer to manage and oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while supporting the company’s growth and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, aging & liabilities).Develop, manage, and track annual budgets and financial forecasts with detailed monthly reports.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and tax laws.Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses.Coordinate and manage external financial audits.Lead, mentor, and support the finance team.Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and suppliers.Oversee financial management for 3 startup sister companies.Ensure proper archiving of all financial and business documents.Attend weekly departmental meetings and submit progress reports.Work on ODOO ERP system and comply with company policies and procedures.RequirementsProven experience as a Senior Accountant or Finance Officer.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.Experience with ERP systems (ODOO is a plus).Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple entities and startups.Work ConditionsLocation: RiyadhWorking Hours: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMBreak: 1 hourDays Off: Friday & SaturdayHow to ApplyInterested candidates are kindly requested to send their CVs to: advisor89@talent-360.meAbout the companyTalent 360 ME#J-18808-Ljbffr
