Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join a company in the F&B Space. As a vital member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, implementing cost‑saving measures, and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in cost control within the F&B sector, and specific experience in Bahrain's F&B landscape, we want to hear from you!Main ResponsibilitiesPreparing company MIS reports and annual auditAnalyze food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality.Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.Collaborate with purchasing and culinary team to optimize procurement processes.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.Prepare reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.QualificationsExperience in forecasting and cost controlling for F&B industry.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be preferred.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
