Senior Accountant/Filipino National

Müller's Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is specifically open to Filipino nationals who are eager to contribute their expertise to our dynamic finance department.Job SummaryAs a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting financial decision‑making processes.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and financial reporting standards.Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.Support budget planning and forecasting activities, providing insights into financial performance.Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audit processes.Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.CPA certification or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.Filipino national with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
