Our mission is to foster a culture of integrity, innovation, and excellence, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our customers while promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.About the RoleThe Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the finance department in various accounting functions.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting & ReportingMaintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger.Handle month-end and year-end closings.Prepare and submit financial statements in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.Tax CompliancePrepare and file VAT, CIT, and other required taxes.Ensure compliance with local regulatory and audit requirements.Organize supporting documentation for tax and statutory audits.Accounts Payable & ReceivableProcess vendor invoices and staff reimbursements.Process staff loans and write-off.Coordinate and execute vendor payments.Promoting E-invoice and Issue customer invoices.Monitor collections and manage AR aging.Treasury & BankingMonitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliation.Initiate and track fund transfers, including intercompany.Assist with abnormal returns and fee issues.Liaise with banks on day-to-day operational matters.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 3 years of well-rounded accounting experience.Solid knowledge of UAE tax and statutory regulations.Familiarity with SAP FICO software.High proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.Automotive or car finance industry experience is a strong advantage.Bilingual in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.Able to work independently, hands-on, and handle multiple tasks.Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with financial software and tools.Knowledge of international accounting standards.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
