Senior Accountant (Accounts Payable) - French Speaker

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for a Senior Accountant with a strong focus on Accounts Payable to join our Head Office team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing end-to-end payable functions across multiple international markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. We are seeking someone with solid industry experience (hospitality preferred but not essential), who brings senior-level AP expertise and exposure to multi-country operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full Accounts Payable cycle across multiple entities and regionsManage supplier invoices, payment runs, reconciliations, and aging reportsEnsure timely and accurate processing of payments in line with company policiesMaintain strong controls and compliance with internal procedures and international standardsLiaise with internal stakeholders (Operations, Procurement, Finance) to resolve discrepanciesHandle vendor relationships and ensure smooth communication across marketsSupport month‑end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliationsMonitor cash flow related to payables and provide insights to managementAssist with audits and ensure proper documentation and reportingContribute to process improvements and system enhancements within the AP functionWhat We OfferCompetitive SalaryWork Visa & Medical Insurance30 days paid annual leaveEmployee discounts across our venuesJoining flight ticket (for international applicants) plus return tickets to home country (annually or biennially, depending on position)Opportunities for growth, learning and development within our company2 days off weeklyRequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Accounting, with a strong focus on Accounts PayableProven experience at a senior level within an industry environment (audit-only backgrounds will not be considered)Exposure to multi‑country operations (Europe, GCC – e.g. France, Saudi Arabia)Strong understanding of international payment processes, currencies, and complianceFluency in French and/or Arabic is highly preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departmentsExperience with ERP systems is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
