Job Description

ResponsibilitiesManage and build strong strategic relationships with key partners to ensure their loyalty and maximize the value generated from each partnership.Lead and manage 3–4 strategic partnerships while developing and executing joint growth plans that achieve mutual objectives.Enhance operational efficiency and increase the team's capacity by improving sales methodologies and facilitating deal closures.Close deals with targeted accounts independently and directly, or by leveraging qualified opportunities generated by the Business Development team.Strengthen the sales pipeline through partners and increase both the number and size of closed deals to support revenue growth.Conduct regular performance analysis of partners and develop continuous improvement plans to increase productivity and achieve better outcomes.Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and submit them to senior management for progress tracking.Ensure full adherence to sales KPIs and achieve quarterly and annual targets.Qualifications & Skills3–5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in software development and digital transformation solutions within the Kingdom.Experience in technology solutions, portal development, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.Strong relationship management, communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and partners.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in both Arabic and English.A leadership-oriented, organized personality with the ability to deliver results under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
