If you have a “let’s do it” mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for learning and improving, we’d love to hear from you.The Senior Account manager will execute against sales goals with respect to forecasting and revenue attainment.This generally includes managing a renewable account base, qualifying, and disqualifying cross sell opportunities, learning customer decision/making process, creating, and maintaining accurate forecasts, negotiating contracts, closing business in a timely manner, and fully comprehending our Maritime Intelligence & Law unique value proposition.In addition, the Senior Account Manager will have a specific geographic location/ industry sector to hunt for new business, so having a hunter mind set is key, to help drive further growth for the business.This role is balanced working model between home and our office in Deira, Dubai with an excellent and a wide variety of services and transport links situated nearby.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account OwnershipOwn and grow a defined portfolio of accounts across the ME region, protecting current revenue while delivering consistent annual uplift.Build deep, multi-level relationships within client organizations to embed Lloyd’s List Intelligence as a trusted partner.Lead structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), analyze product usage, identify opportunities, and drive retention and expansion.New Business & Expansion (“Hunter” Mindset)Actively expand personal and professional networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.Penetrate non-engaged divisions within existing enterprise accounts to unlock additional revenue streams.Identify and pursue entirely new target accounts aligned to our growth strategy.Senior Account Manager Strategic Planning & Pipeline ManagementDevelop a deep understanding of client workflows, challenges and strategic priorities.Create and execute clear account growth strategies.Maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting through Salesforce.Develop contingency plans and innovative growth ideas to exceed targets.Travel across the region, particularly Saudi Arabia.Market Expertise & Thought LeadershipBecome a recognized expert in the Intelligence product suite, competitive landscape, and client industries.Research industry trends and proactively advise clients on best practice.Identify potential strategic data or reseller partnerships to support long‑term regional expansion.What we are looking for:Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B consultative sales selling enterprise Saas or large software solutions to large organizations.Demonstrated success managing and growing multinational enterprise accounts to C‑Suite.Proven ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximize account potential.Strong track record of pipeline generation and closing new business.Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex or technical concepts in simple, commercial language with clear commercial impact and ROI.High energy, proactive and resilient attitude with a clear desire to build a long‑term career.Ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders across multi‑functional teams.Arabic language skills -MANDATORYExperience selling business intelligence, market data, insights or subscription‑based products.Experience in Trade Finance, Shipping, Commodities or Government sectors.Experience managing or responding to tenders/RFPs.Salesforce proficiency and strong Excel capability.The Profile That Will Succeed HereEntrepreneurial mindset with a genuine hunter mentality.Strategic thinker and commercial judgement who enjoys long‑cycle enterprise sales.Commercially sharp yet relationship‑driven.Comfortable owning targets and driving accountability.Curious, creative and always looking for smarter ways to grow accounts.Our Promise to You – Benefits25 Days Holiday plus any state holidays authorised by Emirates government.Day off for your birthday - because you deserve to celebrate.Up to 4 Days Paid Volunteering per year to
