As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of this account and have responsibilities covering across commercial management, new business identification and delivery governance.Come join us!ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor within the IT services space, providing clients with advice on the latest technology trendsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver technology focused transformation projects across a variety of areasWith the support of our sales/pre‑sales teams, assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFP's, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close/sign new dealsShape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phaseStay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges in the sectors, markets and geographies (focus on Qatar) in which our clients operate and offer clarity in how these affect our clients businesses and initiativesEstablish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth of practice activities within our key client portfoliosAlign with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals including revenue and profit targetsRequirementsDemonstrable broad and deep expertise in the Qatar marketDeep industry experience in trend‑setting, digital & innovative technology focused leadership positions, or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practiceStrong knowledge of software engineering and digital service based consultingWillingness to lead people and recruit your own teamAbility to travel on an as needed basisStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSeasoned presentation skillsGravitas and personal credibility with senior executivesDemonstrated success in effectively managing client consulting engagements in fast‑paced environments, meeting expectations and completing the management of digital innovation transformation programs to completionSound business acumen; commercial and strategic skills; numeric fluency; negotiation skills; advocate for diversityBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field requiredFluency in written and spoken Arabic and EnglishWe offerPrivate healthcare and life insuranceEnd of service gratuityAnnual air travel tickets for expatriatesCorporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in‑house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on Linked In Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
