Think of this as an opportunity to grow with us, and for us to discover the next generation of talent shaping the market.</p><h3>🚀What You’ll Do</h3><p>This role sits at the heart of social storytelling, content delivery and day-to-day account support.</p><p>Depending on experience, your role may include:</p><ul><li>Supporting and managing social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate clients</li><li>Assisting in the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across key platforms</li><li>Working with internal teams to translate ideas into social-first content</li><li>Supporting community management, social listening and reporting</li><li>Helping deliver always-on content calendars and campaign bursts</li><li>Tracking performance and contributing to insights and reportingSupporting client communication and day-to-day social media coordination</li></ul><p>At Four, responsibility grows quickly, and you’ll be trusted to contribute from day one.</p><h3>💼What You Bring</h3><p>We’re intentionally flexible on background. You might be an Account executive building your social media career, or a Senior account executive looking to deepen your exposure across sectors.</p><p>We’re keen to hear from people who bring:</p><ul><li>Experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in-house)</li><li>Exposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate / B2B is a plus</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Confidence working across multiple accounts and deadlines</li><li>A natural interest in content, trends and platform behaviour</li><li>Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li></ul><p>Arabic or English, both are welcome.
