DescriptionJob RequirementsDrive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions.Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather detailed business and technical requirements.Architect comprehensive cloud solutions that meet customer needs and align with industry best practices.Present and demonstrate Oracle cloud solutions to customers showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.Create and deliver technical proposals presentations and solution documentation.Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies by working closely with Oracle product management and engineering teams.Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle including proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot projects.Analyze industry trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to deliver strategic insights to the sales team and customers.Design and deliver enterprise cloud architecture that clearly articulates business value through vision capability models assessments and technical architecture.Lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers design implement and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on time.Key Qualifications & Competencies Must-Have Qualifications6 years of experience in technology and industry with years working with public cloud platformsProven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer‑facing role such as Pre‑Sales Solution Architect focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts architectures and technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.Nice-to-Have QualificationsRelevant hyperscaler cloud certificationsExperience or strong familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cyclesExperience with Open source Cloud native and Oracle technologiesDegree in computer science information systems or a related field.Career Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesResponsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. May work directly with customers to gather requirements develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through more customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration planning and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
