Job Description

Job Description As a Segregation of Duties (SoD) Specialist at Siemens Energy Assurance, you play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of SoD governance and processes. You will collaborate closely with the IT department, internal teams, and external partners to establish a robust and scalable SoD framework that aligns with current and future needs. In this role, your responsibilities include: - Supporting the design of a standardized SoD roles and authorization concept ruleset in collaboration with external Subject Matter Authorities and maintaining the newly developed approach. - Conducting assessments of existing SoD processes, identifying weaknesses, and proposing improvement measures. - Assisting in the implementation of SoD governance structures, processes, and control mechanisms in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Utilizing digital monitoring tools (e.g., Datricks) to detect, monitor, and address SoD conflicts, supported by thorough analyses, risk assessments, and mitigation measures. - Enhancing organizational SoD awareness by creating and delivering targeted training programs to employees company-wide. Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, business administration, or a related discipline. - Several years of practical experience in Segregation of Duties, particularly in complex ERP environments and transformation projects like S/4 HANA migration. - Profound knowledge in developing and implementing SoD roles and authorization concepts, preferably using monitoring and reporting tools. - Proficiency in English, with outstanding communication skills necessary for supporting and training colleagues across diverse regions. - A proactive and learning-oriented mindset, committed to personal and professional growth within assurance. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of excelling in a dynamic team setting and navigating a multicultural work environment.
