Segment Officer (Outsource roll)

DescriptionRole : Segment Officer-Priority BankingLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose: Support Priority Banking Proposition in Managing the proposition product development & enhance fee income business of ADIB.KEY METRICS: Timely preparation & completion of tasks / Initiatives / documents / Marketing programs Quality of proposals / process notes / recommendations / analysis Accuracy / clarity of reports Key Accountabilities of the role -Review and development of existing new product programs & supporting new product development. -Working closely with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Marketing Product teams Operations FCD Branch Operations etc.) to complete assigend tasks. -Review and development of department processes and procedures. -Monitoring and enhancement of Priority Banking Fee income lines related to propostion. -Develop and implement initiatives to boost Fee income -Preparation of business case on proposition and aid the Department Head in launching new intiataitves. -Track competition regulations industry trends and position the product in targeted segment. -Manage Department documentation etc Manuals & SOP up to Priority Banking Standards. -For new product program development : Engage closely with the development teams to define requirements specifications and acceptance testing criteria -Regular BTL and ATL marketing activities along with Marketing to boost fee income and remittances. -Review and enhance department portfolio performance MIS -Provide support to the Head of Department in adhoc / strategic projects.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: -Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. -Keen attention to detail. -Advanced Microsoft Office skillsRequired Experience:Unclear Seniority Key Skills CCTV,Federal Agencies,Customer Service,Clearance,Facility,Suspicious Activity,Property Damage,Public Safety,Daily Operations,Professional Development,Access Control,Communication,General Public,Procedures,Powerpoint Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
