OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Professional Firewall Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in complete Networking, security understanding of all OSI layers, working knowledge on Firewalls like Cisco, Fortinet and Palo Alto. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Network Security, firewall implementation, operations and administration, and Azure cloud security.ResponsibilitiesDevice health checks, firmware upgrades, cluster configuration, interface mapping, and understanding of network design and architectureExcellent understanding of network topology, firewall, switches, routers, NIPS, application gatewaysHands-on experience and knowledge implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting the network security with Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet firewallKnowledge of Cisco FTD, Palo Alto & Fortinet firewall and strong routing & switching experienceUnderstanding of overall data center topology and troubleshooting application issuesExpertise in implementing/integrating LAN & WAN technologies, with Layer 2 & Layer 3 networks with vendor products - CISCO, Big IP, Fortinet, and Palo-alto devicesSound working knowledge on MPLS, LDP, L2 VPN & L3 VPN VPNsIEEE 802.2, 802.3 and 802.11 Networks, SD-WANWorked on firewalls like Cisco FTD, Fortinet, and Palo-altoSwitching and routing (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP). Knowledge of LAN/WAN services: Switching, Routing, Network security, IPsec, VPN, ACLs, Firewall PoliciesProxies, Network Access Control (NAC) Systems, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) SystemsNetwork Monitoring Systems, Content Management Systems (Web & Email), Anti Virus/Anti Malware/Advanced Threat Defense Systems or Software, Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) SystemsKnowledge on various DC Architecture (DC-DR, Active-Active DC, etc.)Good team player, self-confident, motivated, and independentStrong expertise in the Azure Cloud - Security DomainQualifications/Certifications/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology and 8+ years of directly related work experience in computer networking & securityCertified CCNA, CCNP, Firewall Administration courses, CCIE Security, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet
