Security Manager

OverviewRotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid).Excellent salary package with benefits. Single Status. Accommodation provided by the company. Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).Duties and responsibilitiesSupport the Security Manager in implementing and maintaining security procedures, plans, and controls.Supervise daily security operations, including access control, site protection, and movement control.Coordinate and monitor security subcontractors and guard services to ensure compliance with approved requirements.Assist in managing security incidents, investigations and emergency situations, ensuring proper escalation and reporting.Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.Ensure security awareness and compliance among project personnel.Liaise with site management, HSE and relevant authorities as required.Prepare security reports, incident logs, and operational updates.Person SpecificationKnowledge & QualificationsUniversity degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).Professional security certifications are an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 18 years of experience in security roles within EPC, oil & gas, or large industrial projects.Experience in site-based security operations and contractor supervision.Previous experience as Deputy Security Manager, Security Supervisor, or Senior Security Coordinator is preferred.Skills and AbilitiesStrong leadership and coordination skills.Good judgment and decision-making under pressure.Effective communication and reporting skills.Proficient in English (written and spoken).#J-18808-Ljbffr
