Security Delivery Associate Manager

OverviewThe Security Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services engagements, leveraging global delivery capabilities, standardized methods, tools, training, and assets. This role provides technical and delivery leadership across security programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong governance, and alignment with organizational and client expectations. The Security Delivery Lead acts as a subject matter expert, accountable for team performance, delivery decisions, and cross-team coordination. The role requires strong expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) planning and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), with a focus on risk management, continuous improvement, and mentoring high-performing security teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Delivery LeadershipLead the end-to-end delivery of Security Services projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality standards, and delivery objectives.Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive delivery and project plans to ensure predictable and timely outcomes.Make delivery-level decisions for assigned teams and engagements, contributing to key program and account decisions.Coordinate and engage with multiple delivery and support teams to ensure seamless execution across the security landscape.Technical & Domain ExpertiseAct as a subject matter expert in Security Operations Center (SOC) planning, providing guidance on design, implementation, and operational readiness.Apply expert-level knowledge of SIEM platforms, with a strong preference for Splunk SIEM, to support effective security monitoring and response capabilities.Apply advanced security delivery governance principles to ensure consistency, control, and compliance across engagements.Risk, Issue & Quality ManagementProactively identify delivery, technical, and operational risks, implementing mitigation strategies to protect delivery outcomes.Ensure issues and escalations are managed effectively through appropriate governance and leadership channels.Continuously assess security service delivery effectiveness and drive improvements aligned with industry best practices and organizational standards.Team Leadership & Capability DevelopmentFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environment through regular engagement, clear communication, and structured delivery cadence.Mentor and coach team members to enhance technical capability, delivery maturity, and professional development.Support workload management and team effectiveness to ensure sustainable delivery models.Governance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure security delivery processes, controls, and documentation meet internal governance, audit, and compliance requirements.Contribute to the evolution of delivery methods, tools, and assets by identifying improvement opportunities and lessons learned.Support leadership reporting and governance forums with clear insights on delivery health, risks, and performance trends.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience leading security delivery engagements in complex, multi-team environments.Expert proficiency in SOC planning and security operations delivery.Strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, preferably Splunk SIEM.Advanced understanding of security delivery governance, risk management, and quality controls.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Leadership AttributesAccountable and decisive delivery leader with strong ownership mindset.Ability to balance technical depth with governance and delivery oversight.Collaborative leader who builds trust across teams and stakeholders.Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality, resilience, and sustainability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
