Job Description

An international Saudi company with a focus on low, medium and high voltage electrical products, renewable energy solutions, oil and gas, water treatment, infrastructure, technical services, and digital solutions.The hub of alfanar’s manufacturing operations is Medinet alfanar Alsinaiya, a 700,000 square‑meter complex located in Riyadh, featuring ultra‑modern manufacturing facilities and laboratories equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technologies.Manage and coordinate prescription activities to support product specification in projects by overseeing technical alignment, guiding stakeholder engagement, and directing cross‑functional collaboration. The role ensures disciplined execution of prescription processes, effective team performance, and consistent support to sales and customers to improve project conversion and satisfaction.Key Accountability AreasCustomer and Stakeholder EngagementManage day‑to‑day engagement with customers, contractors, installers, and key project stakeholdersEnsure timely responses to technical and specification‑related inquiriesCoordinate product presentations, technical clarifications, and support sessions as requiredMaintain professional relationships to support ongoing project collaborationTechnical Support and Specification ManagementReview project specifications to ensure alignment with product capabilities and standardsProvide technical clarifications and required documentation to customers and project teamsCoordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve technical queries and issuesIdentify and escalate specification risks or deviations in a timely mannerSales Coordination and Project SupportSupport sales teams by providing specification inputs and technical guidanceAlign prescription activities with project timelines and commercial prioritiesTrack and monitor prescription progress and update sales on key developmentsFacilitate follow‑ups to improve specification conversion ratesProcess Management and ReportingEnforce adherence to prescribed processes, policies and internal guidelinesMaintain accurate records of engagements, project specifications and outcomesAnalyze prescription performance indicators and recommend operational improvementsPrepare and submit regular reports on activities, challenges and resultsCross‑Functional CoordinationCoordinate with product, engineering, marketing, quality and projects teams as requiredAlign prescription activities with project execution needs and operational constraintsFacilitate clear communication between customers, sales and internal teamsTeam Leadership and SupervisionLead and supervise the Prescription team in daily activitiesAssign responsibilities, monitor workload and ensure timely task completionCoach and develop team members to strengthen technical and communication capabilitiesPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork and customer focusRole AccountabilityAbility to recruit, recognise and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.Ability to recognise low performers and guide them to improve or release them.Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.ResponsibilityMust take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.Able to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent themAbility to take necessary and proper timely decisions.DeliveryDeliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.Must make a tangible difference to his area of operation and exceed business expectations.Business Planning and PerformanceAble to transform the corporate goals into business plans.Able to plan, follow‑up and execute those plans, whether they are annual or development plans.Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take the corrective action accordingly.Provide periodic work progress reports.Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.Organizational DevelopmentDevelop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.Business Process ImprovementsDevelop, coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.Promote the automated systems and use them fully to spread its culture.QualityQuality is considered as alfanar’s prime competitive advantage as such, managers are expected to act accordingly.Adapt
