Job Description
Answer incoming calls, take messages and forward calls as required. Act as good representative of the company through phone.Assisting company guests in the office professionallyTicket, hotel bookings, visa for company employees and DirectorsResponsible for office management including office supplies, pantry, office orderliness and keeping records of Employee attendance.Responsible for company licenses, Insurances application and renewals (i.e Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, Marine Insurance, Health Insurance, etc.)Doing online research and preparing reports of the research as and when neededProcessing documents from paper to images, Photoshops/Edit of pdf or word filesMaintaining company customers and vendors KYC filesPrepare and manage Purchase and Sales Contracts.Provide administrative support to Purchase Documentation on daily basis (i.e. Follow-up on Supplier's invoices, shipping documents, photos and weight tickets, tracking of containers online, etc.)Performs other responsibilities associated with this positionSkillsBachelor’s degreeMinimum of2 years experiencein Trading CompanyWorking knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams application, Spreadsheets, Adobe Photoshop and Database software.Good written and oral communication skills in English.Highly organized, proactive, creative, with good coordination and conversation skillsAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, flexible, confident and with positive mindsetHonest, professional attitude and presentable personalityKnowledge in shipping documentation (i.e. Bill of Lading, Invoicing, etc) is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
