Job SummaryOur client is seeking a dedicated and qualified Secondary Psychology Teacher to deliver AS and A Level Psychology—and Sociology—within the Secondary School. The ideal candidate will bring strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, and a passion for inspiring students while adhering to the UK curriculum framework.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for AS/A Level Psychology and Sociology.Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.Develop schemes of work in line with UK curriculum standards.Assess, record, and report on students’ academic progress.Collaborate with the Principal and Vice Principal on academic planning and school initiatives.Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.Use basic Microsoft Office tools for lesson preparation and administrative tasks.Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.Contribute to the overall ethos and development of the school.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Psychology (mandatory).A teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is an advantage.Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a UAE-based UK curriculum school (mandatory).Strong command of English.Strong subject expertise in Psychology (AS/A Level) and basic competency in Sociology.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Ability to inspire and motivate students.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).Professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork.#J-18808-Ljbffr
