Job Requirements Support and deliver high-quality teaching strategies to meet the needs of a diverse student body Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt learning and ensure all students can access the curriculum Monitor and track student progress, using data to inform and refine support strategies Provide targeted support and interventions where required Contribute to the development of an inclusive and supportive learning environment across the school Engage with parents and colleagues to ensure consistent support for student development Participate in professional development and remain up to date with best practices Why Join Us?
