This is a great opportunity for Pakistani and Malayalees who can work in a maritime environment without needing to speak English and without requiring accommodation. The successful candidate will have experience working as a Second Mate and be knowledgeable about maritime regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include:• Navigating the ship safely and legally according to international maritime regulations.• Supervising crew members while at sea, ensuring all duties are completed correctly and efficiently.• Completing paperwork accurately to maintain accurate records of voyage activity.• Inspecting the ship’s equipment and machinery regularly to ensure it is functioning properly.• Monitoring weather conditions and taking appropriate action if necessary.• Assisting with coordinating cargo operations, loading, unloading, stowing, etc.• Liaising with other ships within the vicinity or harbor authorities for operational purposes such as docking or navigational information.This job has no reviews yet.
