Job DescriptionSEATING TECHNICIAN (Cabin Interior Seats Workshop Technicians)Seat & Cabin Interiors Technicians is required to work for a leading UAE based MROThis is an excellent opportunity based in the UAE to join an established Aviation MRO sector whilst being rewarded with a competitive package and flexible shift patterns. As part of the Components team you will also have the opportunity to work on other client products that help to redefine Aerospace.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will work as a Seat & Cabin Interiors Technician performing various tasks including:Perform major & minor assembly disassembly cleaning inspection testing & disposition of various types of components & accessories installed on premium seating & cabin interiors.Bonding of upholstery on seating components.Read technical drawings and data to determine the sequence of operations and ensure that work is performed according to appropriate specifications.Completion of work packs and documentation accurately.Strong focus on attention to detail in meeting customer cosmetic guidelines.Follow quality procedures and standards.Comply with all rules and regulations of the client including but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety Ethics International Trade Compliance and Human Resources.Mandatory RequirementsExperience working with upholstery and laminates.Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in seating is required.Ability to utilize computer systems (MS Office Etc.) to input & retrieve informationMust be available for overtime including extended workdays and weekends.The ability to interpret schematics and/or technical drawings.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Desirable RequirementsGood experience working as a Seat & Cabin Interiors TechnicianAdditional InformationThis role is offered as fixed term employment for a period of 24 months.Competitive salaryVisa and medical insurance providedWith the opportunity to be absorbed in a permanent roleRequired Experience:IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
