Job Description Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns Perform lead qualification and need analysis Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team Maintain accurate CRM records Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic understanding of IT products/services Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with cold calling and digital outreach Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
