Scrum Master

<div><p>We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive delivery and coordination across our engineering teams building a conversational AI assistant. The role focuses on facilitating agile processes, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between iOS, backend, AI, and infrastructure teams in a fast-moving remote environment.</p><h3><b>Responsibilities</b><br/></h3><ul><li>Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions</li><li>Remove blockers and manage dependencies across engineering teams</li><li>Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to identify risks early</li><li>Work with product and engineering leads to prioritize and scope work effectively</li><li>Promote async-first collaboration and maintain clear documentation</li><li>Improve team processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements</li><li>Maintain project tracking tools and ensure tickets are well defined and updated</li><li>Coordinate releases and ensure smooth handoffs between development, QA, and deployment</li></ul><h3>Qualification</h3><ul><li>4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead in software teams</li><li>Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills in distributed teams</li></ul><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>Experience managing agile delivery for software development teams</li><li>Strong ability to remove blockers and coordinate across multiple workstreams</li><li>Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar</li><li>Data-driven approach using delivery metrics such as velocity and cycle time</li><li>Comfortable working in remote, async-first environments</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>CSM, PSM, or similar Agile certification</li><li>Experience working in startup or product-led environments</li><li>Experience coordinating teams across multiple time zones</li><li>Technical familiarity with development workflows (CI/CD, pull requests, branching)</li><li>Exposure to AI/ML product development cycles</li></ul><h3>What's great in the job?</h3><ul><li>Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture</li><li>No dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hours</li><li>No waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy</li><li>Expand your knowledge of various business industries</li><li>Create content that will help our users on a daily basis</li><li>Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
