Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to drive delivery and coordination across our engineering teams building a conversational AI assistant. The role focuses on facilitating agile processes, removing blockers, and ensuring smooth collaboration between iOS, backend, AI, and infrastructure teams in a fast-moving remote environment.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessionsRemove blockers and manage dependencies across engineering teamsTrack sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to identify risks earlyWork with product and engineering leads to prioritize and scope work effectivelyPromote async-first collaboration and maintain clear documentationImprove team processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvementsMaintain project tracking tools and ensure tickets are well defined and updatedCoordinate releases and ensure smooth handoffs between development, QA, and deploymentQualification4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery lead in software teamsStrong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologiesExperience working with cross-functional engineering teamsExcellent communication and facilitation skills in distributed teamsMust HaveExperience managing agile delivery for software development teamsStrong ability to remove blockers and coordinate across multiple workstreamsFamiliarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or similarData-driven approach using delivery metrics such as velocity and cycle timeComfortable working in remote, async-first environmentsNice to haveCSM, PSM, or similar Agile certificationExperience working in startup or product-led environmentsExperience coordinating teams across multiple time zonesTechnical familiarity with development workflows (CI/CD, pull requests, branching)Exposure to AI/ML product development cyclesWhat's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureNo dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hoursNo waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomyExpand your knowledge of various business industriesCreate content that will help our users on a daily basisReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company#J-18808-Ljbffr
