Scrum Master - Banking

We are currently looking for Scrum Master for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions. Role Purpose The Scrum Master ensures that the Scrum process is used as intended. Keep the Development Team in alignment with the Scrum framework values and principles and ensure the team is focused on continuous improvementEnforces daily builds to detect early issues in the compiled and aggregated code as well as in the functionality delivered.Facilitate Daily Scrums Sprint Planning Product Backlog refinement Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives release planning and other team activities as requiredEncourage team selforganization & empowermentShare new industry Agile best practicesFacilitate Retrospectives which generate new ideas for process improvementEnsure preparation for planning through effective Product Backlog refinement sessionsEnsure planning meetings fully prepare the team for the upcoming Sprints and releaseActively remove impediments that slow any aspect of the Development Teams effortsWork closely with the Technical Delivery Manager Program Manager and Business Experts to ensure visibility and resolution of technical and business challengesPrevious experience required (if any) 3 years as a Scrum Master/Project lead working with dedicated agile teams using scrum or Kanban.2 years of working as a project lead/project manager.Strong understanding and experience with software and product development.Professional Certification in Scrum methodologiesExperienced and have practiced Scrum Master Methodologies and project management in Banking.Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)  Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Dermatology,Communication,Excel,Furniture,Airlines,Jboss Experience: years Vacancy: 1
