Job DescriptionUrgent requirement for Scrum Master with strong Banking domain experience in Abu Dhabi.Strong Banking domain is MUST. CSM (certified scrum master OR PSM) is must. Experience: 6-10 years (not exceed).Strong Banking with Agile experience must.Role PurposeScrum Master will lead the scrum teams and provide coaching to the team/organization ensuring adherence to established Agile processes and practices. The Scrum Master will be responsible for tasks covering the product development life cycle. In addition to scrum master responsibilities the incumbent will also be required to perform tasks related to end-to-end project management and software/product release management.Key AccountabilitiesFacilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, release planning and other team activities.Support the Product Owner in writing effective Product Backlog Items and maintaining prioritized backlogs for multiple products.Ensure planning meetings fully prepare the team for upcoming sprints and releases.Coaching teams on agile concepts and ensuring continuous improvement.Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through approved processes.Establish proactive steps to address quality delivery issues.Project Management and Stakeholder CollaborationCarry out project management tasks related to the scrum team or journey and for other assignments as may be assigned. Ensure the project adheres to required policies and processes. Establish collaborative relationships with a wider range of stakeholder.Banking Environment and Release Management KnowledgeThe incumbent is responsible for ownership of software/product releases in a banking environment. Experience of having worked in banking environment is required.Compliance & Information SecurityMaintain information security related to Bank throughout the period of employment. Report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information.
