As a School Principal you will play a pivotal role in shaping the schools outstanding achievements and future successes.Job PurposeThe School Principal serves as the strategic and academic leader of the school responsible for managing the policies regulations and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment in compliance with the KHDA framework and CBSE guidelines. He/She assumes full responsibility for all aspects of the school including implementation of the instructional program school improvement plan SEF curriculum development extracurricular activities discipline system emergency procedures facilities operation school/community relations business affairs and the utilization and development of staff and faculty. He/she has to actively lead the school in emphasizing & implementing UAE\'s National Agenda vision.Job ScopeThe prospective candidate is expected to have sufficient exposure to DSIB inspection frameworks and to provide turnover leadership to the school from Pre KG to Grade12 pedagogically and administratively as well as positioning the school as an innovative 21stcentury learning environment.Key AccountabilitiesEmbrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the Groups Core Values and school governance framework.Vision Mission and Education Strategy: Establish the vision mission and education strategy for the school and systematically implement longterm plans in order to accomplish turnover results.Leadership: Provide professional leadership in terms of curriculum developmentteaching and learning and to deliver consistently high standards of education.Student attainment and progress: Ensure highquality student achievements by raising the standard of attainment and progress and improve the quality of teaching and learning by enriching curriculum and assessment standards.Partnership with the parent community: Provide parents with timely feedback about the academic and general progress of their children to create a partnership to ensure students growth and progress. Organise parentteacher meetings. Provide students with feedback on their strengths and performance improvement needs so they can monitor their progress. Promote the Groups parental engagement strategy. Maintain appropriate records for this purpose.Pastoral Care: Create and foster a culture of Pastoral care at every level concerning teachers and students and promote responsible stewardship to ensure that the educational objectives are delivered and the morale of the school community is maintained to exceptional standards.Performance Management: Ensure that welldeveloped performance management systems are properly implemented within the school to track the performance of teachers admin and support staff to maintain and enhance expected achievement standards of school performance.School Procedures and Processes: Establish education and administration procedures and processes to facilitate the school strategy effectively and efficiently and implement all standard operating procedures as identified by the corporate office.Students personal and social development: Ensure that the school is designed and enriched to promote the comprehensive balanced and valuebased development of each student.
