<div><ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using<b>Primavera P6</b>.</li><li>Review and validate contractors’ baseline schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements and realistic sequencing of activities.</li><li>Prepare integrated master schedules for multi‑disciplinary projects.</li><li>Identify critical paths, near‑critical paths, and schedule risks.</li></ul><h3>2. Progress Monitoring&Control</h3><ul><li>Monitor project progress against approved schedules and highlight variances, delays, and potential risks.</li><li>Collect progress data from site supervision teams, contractors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Perform<b>what‑if analysis</b>, delay impact assessments, and forecasting of project completion dates.</li><li>Generate weekly and monthly progress curves (S‑curves), histograms, and performance dashboards.</li></ul><h3>3. Reporting</h3><ul><li>Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, including KPI updates, performance analysis, and executive summaries.</li><li>Present delays, constraints, and schedule deviations to project managers and clients.</li><li>Provide early warnings and recommend mitigation strategies to overcome deviations.</li></ul><h3>4. Coordination&Communication</h3><ul><li>Coordinate closely with site engineers, discipline leads, contractors, and consultants to obtain accurate activity data.</li><li>Participate in progress meetings, technical meetings, and coordination sessions.</li><li>Communicate schedule requirements, changes, and critical issues clearly to stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>5. Claims&Delay Analysis</h3><ul><li>Support extension‑of‑time (EOT) evaluations, delay analysis reports, and forensic planning.</li><li>Ensure contractors’ delay claims are supported with accurate documentation and scheduling logic.</li><li>Analyze the impact of variations, rework, and design changes on the schedule.</li></ul><h3>6. Compliance&Quality Assurance</h3><ul><li>Ensure all schedules comply with company standards, contract specifications, and client requirements.</li><li>Maintain consistent schedule coding, WBS structures, and reporting formats.</li><li>Support internal audits and quality reviews related to project planning and controls.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).</li><li><b>10+ years of experience</b>in planning and scheduling within the construction supervision industry.</li><li>Strong experience using<b>Primavera P6 (mandatory)</b>and MS Office tools.</li><li>Proven background in<b>infrastructure, buildings, industrial</b>, or similar major projects.</li><li>Excellent understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and sequencing.</li><li>Experience with<b>EOT claims</b>, delay analysis methods (e.g., Time Impact Analysis).</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Previous experience working in<b>Saudi Arabia or GCC</b>with consultants or supervision firms.</li><li>Knowledge of international standards (FIDIC, AACE, PMI).</li><li>Professional certifications:<b>PMP, PSP, PMI‑SP</b>(an advantage).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
