Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer (Contractual Role) to join our Engineering SCADA department in Sharjah-Dubai. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate the SCADA system to ensure continuous and reliable system performance.Perform data validation of data on SCADA System (From field till Aveva Platform)Ability to schedule plan and perform validation-verification tasksPrepare checklist (site wise) and execute system verification of SCADA systemMonitor system alarms events and logs and respond promptly to abnormal conditions.Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA software communication and integration issues.Maintain system backups restore procedures and data integritySupport configuration changes system updates and patch management.Prepare and maintain technical documentation maintenance records and reports.Assist in system upgrades testing and commissioning activities when required.Ensure high system availability and minimal downtime for critical operations.Ability to Design write implement test and document SCADA and HMI logic/scripts.Develop and execute SCADA system validation/testing protocols.Install test and commission SCADA systems onsite.Good hands-on experience on project documentations MS Office (MS Excel Word Power-point) Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or Computer Science.Minimum 3 years of experience with AVEVA System Platform.Candidate should be a UAE resident with a valid driving license Additional InformationDetail-oriented with a meticulous work ethic.Organized efficient and able to perform under pressure.Strong oral and written communication skills.Skilled at identifying errors and implementing corrective actions.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
