<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Satellite Spectrum Engineer will support the organization’s satellite mission teams and ground segment by managing spectrum licensing and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on assisting with satellite ITU filings and ensuring that ground stations are properly licensed under relevant regulatory bodies such as the ITU and TDRA.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Satellite ITU Filing Support: Assist satellite mission teams by preparing and managing ITU filings, ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted accurately and on time. Monitor filing statuses and coordinate follow-ups with regulatory bodies.</li><li>Ground Station Licensing Support: Collaborate with the ground segment team to facilitate the licensing process for ground stations. Prepare and submit licensing applications, maintain records, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.</li><li>Spectrum Planning&Analysis: Support frequency allocation and planning efforts by analyzing spectrum usage, assessing interference risks, and providing recommendations for optimal spectrum utilization.</li><li>Regulatory Monitoring&Compliance: Keep abreast of changes in global and regional spectrum regulations. Evaluate their impact on satellite missions and ground station operations and propose necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.</li><li>Documentation&Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all ITU filings, licensing activities, and regulatory communications. Prepare concise reports for internal stakeholders outlining spectrum management activities and compliance status.</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Regulatory Policy, Electrical Engineering, Space Science, or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Basic understanding or exposure to spectrum management principles, ITU filing processes, and licensing procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ITU and TDRA is a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.</li><li>Eagerness to develop expertise in spectrum licensing, regulatory compliance, and frequency planning.</li><li>Ability to follow established regulatory procedures and collaborate effectively with satellite mission and ground segment teams.</li></ul><h3>Apply</h3><p>Kindly apply before the closing date.</p><p>Closing Date: 01/06/2026</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
