About the job SAP Success Factors ConsultantHands-on experience with SAP Success Factor Implementation on multiple modules such as EC, Recruiting and OnboardingConfigure and support time management module including accruals, absence management and holiday calendars.Manage and maintain Role-based Permissions (RBP) to ensure appropriate access control across the organization.Develop and maintain custom MDF objects, workflows and UI configurations.Collaborate with SAP HCM team to ensure accurate and timely replication of data to downstream payroll system.Set up and monitor integration interfaces with SAP and third-party systems using Integration Center and SAP CPI.Create and maintain business rules to support complex logic and automation across EC module.Maintain and update data models, including Corporate Data Model (CDM), Succession Data Model (SDM), and Country - Specific settings for Qatar.Knowledge in instance management for performing full copy instance refreshes from production tenant to test tenant.Strong knowledge in reporting center to develop reports in Table, Stories and Canvas.Strong knowledge in the solution areas like Global Benefits and Position Management.Must support HR end users during payroll time and to assist with data import templates during payroll period.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS user sync is an added advantage.Having good knowledge in S/4 HANA payroll system is an added advantageQualification:5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors employee Central implementation and support.SAP Certification in Success Factors Employee Central is highly preferred.
