They ensure training, system performance, and support SAP HCM/SuccessFactors design and enhancements. Gather requirements, configure, test, and implement changes, with integration knowledge.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><ul><li>Primary responsibility will be to manage and resolve incidents related to the SAP Payroll/Time, SuccessFactors EC ensuring minimal disruptions to HR processes.</li><li>Receive, assess, and prioritize incident tickets related to SAP Payroll&Time, SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central.</li><li>Investigate and diagnose technical issues, functional problems, and data discrepancies reported by end-users.</li><li>Develop and implement solutions to resolve incidents efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal downtime.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Enhancement</h3><ul><li>Facilitate the support of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors modules to enhance the client business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Customize the respective business area and make sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case.</li><li>Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios; include Unit testing, System Integration Testing and Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, or any client specific software testing.</li><li>Provide support for critical incidents for smooth business continuity.</li></ul><h3>Documentation</h3><ul><li>Document the settings and prepare proper guidelines (Configuration Document) that allow other consultants to do further changes or repair with due efforts.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job</li><li>To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.</li></ul><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><h3>Problem-Solving</h3><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and escalates any complex operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><h3>Health, Safety, and Environment</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt.
