About the job Sap MM (Material Management) Specialist (Khobar)We are looking for SAP MM (Material Management) Specialist to join our team:Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to SAP users, communicating timely and professionally via phone, email, or in person.Handle support calls, triage open support tickets, analyze the root cause and propose solution detail, provide 1st level support in SAP Procurement and Logistics.Provide 2nd level support in functional areas in which candidate has appropriate level of expertise including resolution of break fix and more complex enhancement requestsWork on moderately complex tasks to enhance existing solution; identifying, evaluating, recommending options and implementing solution.Contribute on medium to larger scale SAP projects.Independently prioritize and resolve customer requests, work as subject matter expert for MM, LE, production break-fixes, ad-hoc reports and enhancement requests.Develop professional, productive relationships within business units, IT team, and support.Utilize query and reporting tools to provide flexible and timely delivery of support to end users, act as SME to business users for solution proposal and training.May be required to work off-hours or weekends to support business in case of business critical failures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree or certificate in information technology field.At least two years of Experience in supply chain projects.SAP MM (Material Management) Certified.Requirements:Must be Saudi National.Out of work for more than 3 months.Al-Khobar residents or who can reallocate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
