In this role, you will be responsible for leading HR-focused projects within the SAP environment, guiding the HR team, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP HR solutions. You will interact with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the project delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Create and execute the detailed HCM track planEnsure project milestones are met, and deliverables are completed on timeReviews key deliverablesCommunicate track status updates basedDevelop and maintain documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reportsChallenge the implementation team in solution design and tasks durationsManage integration areas with other streamsMinimum of 10years of experience in SAP HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role.Proven expertise in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.Strong track record of successful project delivery within the SAP HR landscape.Ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in change management and training development is a plus.Relevant SAP certifications are preferredWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
