SAP Functional Trainer - HR&Payroll (Contractor Role)

<div><p>The role supports the rollout of SAP-enabled HR and Payroll processes within a large-scale transformation programme. The consultant will ensure end users understand new processes, system transactions, and role responsibilities ahead of go-live.</p><p>The trainer will deliver instructor-led training sessions and contribute to user readiness activities, enabling successful adoption of new ways of working across multiple countries.</p><p>The role requires international travel to deliver in-person training sessions and support business teams during training and handover phases.</p><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><h3>Training Preparation</h3><ul><li>Review training materials developed by functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and suitability for end users</li><li>Ensure readiness of training resources, including exercise datasets</li><li>Support coordination of training schedules and session preparation as required</li></ul><h3>Training Delivery</h3><ul><li>Deliver instructor-led training sessions for HR&Payroll end users across multiple locations</li><li>Facilitate scenario-based training sessions demonstrating SAP HR&Payroll processes and system transactions</li><li>Adapt delivery style and content to suit different audiences and roles</li></ul><h3>Post Go-Live Support</h3><ul><li>Deliver refresher training sessions following go-live</li><li>Capture feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery</li><li>Conduct assessments to evaluate learner understanding and knowledge transfer</li><li>Support the transition of training ownership to internal business teams, ensuring readiness of business trainers</li></ul><h3>Training Logistics</h3><ul><li>Travel internationally across programme locations to deliver in-person training and user support</li></ul><h3>Experience&Skills Required</h3><ul><li>Proven experience delivering instructor-led SAP training in SAP Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll</li><li>Strong understanding of HR&Payroll processes within an ERP environment</li><li>Experience delivering role-based SAP training including system demonstrations, business scenarios, and practical exercises</li><li>Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences</li><li>Experience supporting train-the-trainer approaches and transitioning training ownership post go-live</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
