SAP Functional Lead

Müller's Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SAP Functional Lead to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading functional aspects of SAP projects, ensuring effective delivery, and aligning business requirements with SAP solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance on best practices within various SAP modules.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional requirements gatherings, analysis, and design in collaboration with business owners and project teamsSupport the integration and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring business processes are effectively capturedAct as a subject matter expert in specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP, or FI/CO)Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-usersAnalyze and diagnose issues to provide solutions and improvementsEnsure compliance with best practices and SAP standards in all functional deliverablesMentor and coach consultant team members to foster a culture of learning and professional growthRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting with expertise in at least one SAP moduleProven experience in managing SAP implementations and upgradesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirementsExcellent communication skills, with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholdersExperience in training and supporting end-users and conducting workshopsSAP certification(s) relevant to the applied modules is an advantageAbility to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments under tight deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
