SAP FICO Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Senior SAP FICO Consultant to drive end-to-end financial solutions and act as a key advisor on SAP FICO initiatives. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands‑on expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.Provide end‑to‑end solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment support.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SD, MM, Logistics) to ensure seamless integration.Guide and mentor junior consultants, acting as subject matter expert.Ensure compliance with internal governance and best practices.Support reporting, analytics, and optimization initiatives to enhance financial processes.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with hands‑on lead/consultant experience.Proven experience in minimum 3 end‑to‑end full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.Fluent in Arabic and English.Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading teams.Preferred QualificationsExposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.Experience in finance transformation projects in the GCC region.Relevant SAP certifications in FICO (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
