Job Description As an experienced SAP Business Guide, you will play a crucial role in supporting digitalization projects that involve SAP-related integrations. Your technical knowledge and business acumen will be essential in collaborating with factory operations to ensure successful implementation and optimization of SAP initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the main contact for all SAP-related initiatives, including solve and service support. - Offer expert mentorship and support for SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Dispatch (SD), and Finance & Costing (FICO). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Lead and support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (SAP DM) coordinated with SAP. - Work closely with IT and production teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the SAP landscape. - Build and deploy SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve data visibility. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP applications. - Develop and implement standard processes for SAP usage in manufacturing and supply chain operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or business analysis, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain processes. - Proven experience in SAP modules, particularly Production Planning and Materials Management. Knowledge of Finance & Controlling, Sales & Distribution is advantageous. - Experience in managing digital transformation projects involving SAP technologies. - Strong understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP DM, and their applications in manufacturing environments. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams. - SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
