As an SAP Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction. You will lead a team of SAP consultants and collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience working in SAP project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record in successfully delivering large and complex SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and migrationsStrong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities, such as SuccuessFactors, SD, MM, FI/CO, or othersExperience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and testersExcellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practicesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholdersAbility to manage client relationships and drive client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycleStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and drive successful outcomesUp-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, trends, and best practicesExperience in working with global and multi-cultural teams is preferredProfessional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are desirableBenefitsAttractive PackageFamily BenefitsVisaAir Tickets#J-18808-Ljbffr
