Job Description As a SAP Data Leader at EY, your role involves serving as a strategic advisor to the Csuite and leading largescale data transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA programs. Your deep expertise in modernizing legacy data landscapes using SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Datasphere, and AIdriven analytics will be essential for the following core responsibilities: - Set the enterprise data strategy and roadmap, positioning SAP Business Data Cloud as the foundation for analytics and AI. - Lead complex SAP S/4HANA data migration and modernization programs at scale. - Advise Clevel leaders, shape strategic decisions, and demonstrate the business value of intelligent, datadriven technologies. - Establish enterprisewide data governance, including standards for data quality, stewardship, and master data management (MDG). - Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions (e.g., SAP Joule, Predictive Analytics). - Lead and mentor global SAP teams, ensuring successful delivery across crossfunctional initiatives. - Support business growth through solution design, proposal development, and client engagement. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and experience: - Experience: 20+ years in IT, including 10+ years in SAP Data & Analytics architecture and strategy with 5+ years in Leadership roles - Data Technologies: Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, BODS, Information Steward, and data migration tools (e.g., Syniti, LTMC). - Architectural Skills: Experience designing modern data platforms and integrating SAP with nonSAP ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks). - Leadership: Proven capability to lead global teams and drive transformation in complex organizations. - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. Your key skills and competencies should include: - Strategic Thinking: Ability to align data strategy with business objectives. - Communication: Skilled at simplifying technical concepts for executive audiences. - ProblemSolving: Strong ability to resolve critical project risks and challenges. - Data Modeling: Expertise in semantic modeling, CDS Views, and data lineage.
