About the job SAP Consultant - Project ManagerRole Objective§ The Project Manager would be responsible to administer & organize multiple projects. The role requires working closely with the Program Manager and Stream Leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. The person will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, maintaining project documentation along with related administrative duties.Key ResponsibilitiesDefines, documents, and actively participating in all phases of the project.Prepares and maintains realistic project schedules (showing tasks and dependencies), and quality plans and tracks all activities against them, providing regular and accurate reports.Prepares and maintains high quality documentation to agreed standards and assists in documentation reviews and sign-off with relevant stakeholders.Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and informationBreak projects into doable actions and set timeframesLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectivesAnalyse and document project risks and opportunitiesMonitor project progress and escalate issues that ariseCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportsEducational QualificationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant disciplineProfessional Experience & Skills5+ years of proven work experience in a Project Management or similar roleExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryAbility to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plansAbility to document & communicate complex information in a clear and useful mannerSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management toolsPMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
