SAP Consultant - MM Consultant Supply Co EAbout the job SAP Consultant - MM Consultant Supply Co EDuration :24 Months (Extendable)Role ObjectiveThe ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, experience, and expertise in Oil & Gas industry of SAP Material Management/Warehouse Management module, including Master Data, Procurement, Inventory, MRP, Warehouse, workflows, and integration with other SAP modules like Plant Maintenance, FI/CO/JVA, PS, HR, QM etc. The candidate should also have skills and hands-on-experience for MDG Material Master and Service Master Objects. The applicant should also have expertise in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP MM/WM functional areas as well as third-party tools/solutions integration/interface knowledge with SAP.Educational QualificationBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant disciplineKey ResponsibilitiesEstablish and oversee Master Data Governance (MDG)Take care of Inventory Management (Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting & Reservation)Monitor Project Stock and take steps to maintain it as per the protocols/guidelines360-Degree Material Requirement Planning (Plant/MRP Areas)Complete Procurement Process (Purchase Requisition, RFQ, Purchase Order, Contract, Goods Receipts)Special Procurement Consignment and Stock Transport Order including sub-surface onesManage External ServicesRelease Strategy (with classification)Warehouse Management Processes (TR, TO, Posting Change, Physical Inventory, etc.)Quality Control of Material (Procurement)Data Migration from legacy systems to SAP systems as well as from an SAP system to another SAP systemComplete Workflows ManagementProfessional Experience & Skills5+ years of SAP MM/WM experience and involved in at least in 1 full life cycle implementationImplementation and post go-live support for SAP MDG MM objectsKnowledge of middleware solutions for interfacing data such as PI/PO strongly preferredKnowledge of workflow development and SAP Vendor Invoice Management solution strongly preferredMultiple SAP system upgrades including third-party tools/solutions and interfaces with external systemsExcellent project management skills operating as part of a team organizing, planning, monitoring & executing, and managing dependencies/critical paths, cutover, post go-live support of large-scale projectsExperience in Oil & Gas Industry, must have Technical and Business processes experience, specifically specializing in designing, implementation of MM/WM Processes including workflowsExperience in designing SAP Interfaces with external systemsStrong knowledge of SAP authorizations & Access Controls should be fully familiar and have previous experience with SAP authorizations, including authorization objectsFully aware of the integration and controls within SAP MM functional areas, SAP FI/CO/JVA, SAP PM, SAP PS etc.Strong knowledge/experience of user exits, customer enhancements, BADI, LSMW, and designing of reports, etc.Excellent knowledge of S/4 HANA and system transformation including business process re-engineeringExperience in Data Migration migration to S/4 HANA systems including MDG preferredBe able to independently develop and define Test Scenario documents, perform Unit Testing, QA Testing & User Acceptance Testing including negative testing scenarios and execution of test scriptsExperience in SMART GEP Solution and SAP MDG would be an advantage
