Job Description

Müller's Solutions, a distinguished consulting firm specializing in Tech Outsourcing, Managed Services, SAP Implementation & Support, and Global Tech Recruitment, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a significant team currently engaged in the development of an enterprise solution within the public sector. The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of experienced solution architects to enhance their knowledge and competencies in the designated domain. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, performing application testing, conducting end-user training, and troubleshooting issues related to existing applications.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates professionalism as a representative of AEC, successfully collaborating within a diverse work environmentEngages in cross-functional team meetings aimed at formulating and executing business solutions while enhancing operational efficiency. Performs impact assessments of ERP products and other applications, systems, upgrades, and modifications across functional areas, and evaluates both systems and business processesAssists in the analysis and redesign of business processes pertaining to the assigned domain(s)Ensures a comprehensive understanding of necessary business functions and processes, documenting these accordinglyDocuments requirements specifications for enhancements, upgrades, and remaining legacy functions in accordance with standard templates. Aids in the documentation of requirements and proceduresCoordinates with other application areas to address interdependencies and resolve issuesOversees post-implementation reviews and monitors business applications within the assigned domain(s)Participates in the Change Request process to authorize, document, test, and validate all modifications to the ERP and other applicationsMaintains the confidentiality of information at all timesShares confidential information acquired during the course of employment only with authorized individuals and with prior approvals as requiredFosters and maintains effective and productive relationships with customers and other team membersRequirementsEDUCATION:A Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field from a reputable national or international educational institutionCertification in either SAP or Oracle is considered an advantageProficiency in both English and Arabic languages is requiredRELEVANT EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleProven experience in gathering and documenting system requirements as well as detailing system functional design for business application solutions, alongside addressing related implementation issues from a functional standpointFamiliarity with enterprise-wide system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversionExperience with Software Development Life Cycle methodologiesExperience in the defense sector is considered a plusSKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Strong communication skillsAbility to conduct training sessionsUnderstanding and practical experience with technology as an enablerDemonstrated capability to work effectively within a diverse teamBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
