The ideal candidate will advise customers on selecting suitable applications for SAP BTP deployment and design migration strategies that ensure seamless integration and business continuity.<br></p><p>This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong functional knowledge of enterprise processes and solution architecture.<br></p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end SAP BTP migration projects, including planning, execution, and governance<br></li><li>Advise customers on application portfolio assessment and selection for BTP deployment<br></li><li>Design scalable, secure, and resilient SAP BTP architectures aligned with enterprise objectives<br></li><li>Define architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for SAP BTP migration and cloud-native solutions<br></li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP (process, data, and systems)<br></li><li>Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring agile delivery with iterative feedback cycles<br></li><li>Develop architectural artifacts, documentation, and system development guidelines<br></li><li>Conduct workshops and training sessions on SAP BTP capabilities and migration best practices<br></li><li>Stay updated with SAP BTP roadmap, features, and industry trends to continuously enhance solutions<br></li></ul><h3><b>Technical Expertise</b><br></h3><ul><li>Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration strategies<br></li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and ABAP Environment<br></li><li>Proven experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including complex integration scenarios across cloud and on-premise systems<br></li><li>Deep understanding of SAP Integration Suite components (CPI, API Management, Open Connectors)<br></li><li>Expertise in API-led integrations, microservices, and event-driven architectures<br></li><li>Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and SAP Solution Manager – Focused Build<br></li><li>Knowledge of embedded analytics and intelligent enterprise solutions on SAP BTP<br></li><li>Familiarity with TMForum Application Framework and SAFe methodologies is a plus<br></li></ul><h3><b>Functional Expertise</b><br></h3><ul><li>Strong experience in designing enterprise-grade applications and integration solutions<br></li><li>Exposure to industries such as Metals&Mining, Energy, Oil&Gas, or related sectors<br></li><li>Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions<br></li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills throughout the project lifecycle<br></li></ul><h3><b>Certifications (Preferred)</b><br></h3><ul><li>SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics<br></li><li>Agile Project Delivery with Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager<br></li><li>SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification<br></li></ul><h3><b>Experience&Soft Skills</b><br></h3><ul><li>Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5–7 years focused on SAP BTP migration and architecture<br></li><li>Proven track record of leading large-scale migration projects for global clients (Energy, Oil&Gas, or similar industries)<br></li><li>Prior roles such as Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or Migration Architect with hands-on implementation experience<br></li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br></li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail<br></li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor cro<br></li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
