<div><p><b>Job Title:</b>SAP Basis Techno-Functional Consultant</p><p><b>Location:</b>Remote (Eastern Europe / India / Egypt preferred)<br/><b>Contract Duration:</b>12 Months (6 months implementation + 6 months support)<br/><b>Industry:</b>Retail (SAP S/4HANA IS Retail)</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Techno-Functional Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA (IS Retail) transformation programme. This role will be responsible for managing the SAP landscape, system performance, and technical architecture, while also supporting functional teams across the implementation lifecycle.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain the SAP S/4HANA landscape (on-premise / cloud environments)</li><li>Perform system installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations</li><li>Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security</li><li>Support transport management and system refresh activities</li><li>Collaborate with functional teams (FICO, SD, MM) to support technical dependencies and integrations</li><li>Manage user roles, authorisations, and access controls</li><li>Work closely with infrastructure and cloud teams (Azure / AWS / OCI)</li><li>Support cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks</li><li>Ensure system stability, compliance, and governance standards</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>8–12+ years’ experience in SAP Basis / technical roles</li><li>Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)</li><li>Mandatory: IS Retail project experience</li><li>Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations</li><li>Experience with:<ul><li>System installations, upgrades, and migrations</li><li>Performance tuning and monitoring</li><li>SAP transport management</li></ul></li><li>Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OCI)</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration layers</li><li>Ability to work independently and support technical governance</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience with SAP RISE / cloud-based SAP deployments</li><li>Exposure to security and GRC concepts</li><li>Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery setups</li><li>Arabic language skills (preferred but not essential)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Fully remote role</li><li>Immediate start preferred (mid-April)</li><li>Key role in ensuring system stability during transformation</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
