SAP Basis Lead Consultant

Join our dynamic team at Müller's Solutions as an SAP Basis Lead Consultant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and stability of our clients' SAP environments. In this position, you will lead a team of SAP Basis consultants, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems in both development and production environments.Lead performance tuning, optimizations, and capacity planning for SAP databases.Monitor system health and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.Manage upgrades, migrations, and patches for SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Act as a mentor and leader for junior consultants, providing knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities.Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and enhancements, evaluating and implementing best practices.Provide on-call support as required for SAP systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior consultant role.Extensive knowledge of SAP installations, upgrades, and migrations, as well as troubleshooting SAP environments.Familiarity with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and other cloud-based SAP solutions is preferred.Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).Proven ability to effectively lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.Effective communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.Industry-recognized SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly desirable.Proven track record of delivering successful SAP Basis projects on time and within budget.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
