The role focuses on supporting the rollout of CLIENT template and providing full application support. As part of this work, the candidate is expected to identify regular business pain points and recurring issues, to propose best practice resolutions, and to implement the approved solutions.ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end rollout of SAP Ariba Upstream modules, including Strategic Sourcing and Contract ManagementSupport on the integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration GatewayConfigure and manage CIG integration scenarios, including Master data replication (suppliers, materials, company codes) and Transactional flows (RFQs, contracts, purchase order)Gather business and integration requirements and translate them into functional and technical specificationsConfigure sourcing events, contract workspaces, templates, and approval workflowsConduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across Ariba, CIG, and S/4HANA landscapesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support on testing, training, and documentation, including working with the technical team to ensure that the procurement and Ariba modules are properly integrated with other enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation related to procurement and Ariba modules, including functional specification documents, configuration instructions, and updating business process documents and Ariba workbookStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to procurement and Ariba modules and attend training sessions and conferences, as well as participating in professional development opportunitiesExperienceExperience in SAP Ariba upstream deployment projects and template rollout projects, including knowledge of integration between Ariba, CIG and S/4 HANA systems (Master Data and transactional data)Solid practical knowledge of S2P business processes, including direct & indirect procurement, external service procurement, subcontracting, material requirement planning, automatic procurement, contracts and sourcing managementMinimum of 6 years of experience in procurement/Ariba technical support and implementationEducationBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in information science, engineering or other technical/scientific disciplinesKey Skills6+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations, with a focus on upstream modulesStrong hands‑on experience in: Ariba Sourcing & Ariba ContractsExpertise in SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)Error handling and monitoring in CIGSolid experience integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, including Master data integration and Document flow between systemsUnderstanding of S/4HANA data structures and procurement processesStrong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and upstream procurement processesBehavioral CompetenciesCollaborativeAnalyticalProblem‑solverFunctional CompetenciesSAP Ariba upstreamAriba cloudSAP S4 Hana#J-18808-Ljbffr
