Job Description
The Salon Business Partner will be responsible for developing our clients’ business and building new client partnerships by leveraging L’Oreal PPD brands portfolio and unique value proposition, in coordination with the Brand & education team. The main mission is to increase sales and distribution for the brands they are responsible for.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Drive sales growth and brand distribution across assigned salon accounts.Build strategic partnerships with salon owners and managers by understanding their business needs.Analyze salon performance and business potential by reviewing key KPIs such as product sales, service mix, and retail performance, and translating insights into actionable joint business plans.Ensure effective implementation of brand initiatives including promotions, launches, merchandising, and education programs in coordination with the Brand and Education teams.Understanding client needs and developing a personalized offer leveraging brand portfolio while developing a joint business plan with Salon owners after analysis of salon performance and potential.Monitor and manage accounts receivable within the assigned portfolio, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy financial relationships with clients. Responsible for all accounts receivable in their respective segment, making sure all clients are paying on time.Provide regular market feedback and competitive insights to internal teams to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of the brand offering.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline2 years of work experience in a related fieldAppetite to develop sales and build partnerships.Good relationship building skills.Good analytical skills.Collaboration and teamwork skills.Excellent commercial skills (ability to sell and negotiate).Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to analyze KPIs, monitor results and translate them into joint business actionable plans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
